How do I pay for a product?
At this time, we only accept payment via Paypal. Payment is expected at time of purchase. Any item not paid for at time of checkout will remain on our virtual shelf for our other customers. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your merchandise via Credit or Debit.
Can I have a product shipped to an address other than what's on my Paypal account?
Sorry. We cannot do that. Per Paypal terms, we must ship to the address on your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use this payment processor. But again, we must ship to the address used for Paypal. Please make sure your address is up to date in Paypal. If a product is returned to us undeliverable due to an outdated address in Paypal the buyer assumes to costs to reship product.
Must I include my phone number in the check-out process?
Please do so. The ONLY reason we would call you is if there is a problem with your order. For example, an order placed and sent out but returned undeliverable. This actually happened with one of my other eCrater stores. The buyer had moved but had not updated his information and so the package came back. Having a phone number can clear up a matter like this. Please know that we do not sell/rent/lend/exchange any of your information. Again, we would only use your phone number to contact you if there is a problem with your order. Your information is only used to deliver the product you purchased from us.
Whatps up with the boxes and packaging?
We are one of those households that recycles and repurposes almost everything. Don't be surprised if your items come in a refashioned box. It's just our way of being environmentally sound. It's also one of the ways we are able to ship many items to you free of charge. So you see, it helps keep costs down and the world a little greener.
